Education is only worth the paper it's printed on. Went to a hillbilly college got hillbilly degrees so it doesn't mean you are smart. Lower education? "Big city bright lights" is about enlightenment."
Why is the rural education not brought up yet they come up to the big city standard,
the big city doesn't go down to them! That would be a social decline! Needed stuff!
